Terms of Service - Ryter Pro Usage Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Ryter Pro platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
Ryter Pro provides an online platform offering various artificial intelligence tools including but not limited to:
- Text enhancement and beautification
- Language detection and analysis
- Image generation from text
- JSON parsing and validation
- Token counting and text analysis
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Credits and Payment
Our Service operates on a credit-based system:
- Credits are required to use certain AI tools and features
- Different tools consume different amounts of credits
- Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Monthly credits reset at the end of each billing cycle
- Unused credits do not carry over to the next month
Refund Policy
Due to the high costs associated with allocating and reserving dedicated GPU resources for AI processing upon subscription, all payments are non-refundable.
Once a subscription is active, GPU computing power is immediately provisioned for your account to ensure service availability and performance. As such, we cannot offer partial or full refunds for any subscription period, regardless of usage.
- All sales are final.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for partially used billing periods.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges; however, your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Any remaining credits within a subscription period will expire at the end of that billing cycle and will not roll over to future periods.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
- Abuse or overload our systems
- Share your account credentials with others
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ryter Pro and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ryter Pro, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
